How do I place an order?

You may place an order online or call us at 86-757-8572-1569. When you call, it expedites the process if you have the Item# ready. We will walk you through the ordering process or place the order for you. We also accept your OEM Order to meet your unique needs.

Do you take custom Order?

How much is the Shipping Handling?

Since shipping rates fluctuate, please contact us for the most recent update. Generally the shipping rate of LCL is US$127/CBM while the FCL is some US$83/CBM, both by ocean. Meanwhile, the buyer will be responsible for any customs charges, duties or other expenses that are incurred in these importing situations.

How do I know if the item is in stock?

Most of our online items are stocked. You will receive an email to confirm the availability and shipping time within 1 business day you order.

How is my order shipped?

We ship worldwide! And each order is carefully inspected before it leaves factory to minimize damage during transit.
Your cargo - FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less Than Container Load) will be shipped by ocean. We will arrange the shipment and complete all the customs procedures for exporting.
All small packages are shipping via. DHL, UPS or other Global Expresses. Please contact us for expedite shipping rates to your area.

How soon can I get my order?

We usually ship in stock items within 2 business days after order/payment is confirmed. For regular shipping method - for furniture, the preferred regular method will be by ocean, it usually takes 4 to 7 weeks to deliver. Express shipping is available for additional fees.

Additionally, we exercise great care in providing safe transmission of your information from your PC to our servers (unless sent by a means outside of our control, such as e-mail).
